The nomination form asks for the nominee's name and details, your reasons and sources, and your email address (and your name if you wish to give it).

How it is used

Submissions are read by the registry team to review the nomination and, if needed, to contact you about it. A nomination is never published automatically, and your contact details are not shown on the site.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Submissions are stored with the site's hosting and form service.

Your requests

To ask for a nomination you made, or an entry about you, to be corrected or removed, use the nomination form and name the entry.
